Do You Know What You Put in Your Mouth?

Do You Know What You Put in Your Mouth?

Article by Samahria Ramsen
Eating is the most important act in your life. Until you eat right, you cannot be right. All your eating habits have been transferred to you by your environment, by your society, by your family, by your friends, and by the TV shows.

And now your eating habits had become a part of your belief system. It is a time to recognize it. If your body doesn't give you maximum joy of living, you are not living at all.

Your body is like your car. If it cannot take you anywhere you like, your body is not functional. If your body gives you problems, you can forever do your workouts; you can forever try different diets and visit different medical facilitators; the problem will still be there.

Romancing the Stove gives you insight teachings of the Ayurvedic Masters, which will make it easy for you. These teachings came down from antiquity to help you to develop a perfect body.

You need a perfect body to nurture a perfect soul. Your body is a home for your soul, and you must at least examine it. You cannot take care of your soul and ignore your body. It destroys balance. And this is one of the causes of stress.

I highly recommend to you Romancing the Stove's Lifestyle. This way of eating and living changed my life. This could be a change in your Lifestyle also. This could be a change that you want for a long time.

Today you eat; tomorrow you will also eat; and what you eat makes you what you are. All misconceptions of eating bring pain. Romancing the Stove will help you to start your new life now.

Romancing the Stove comes straight from Himalayas. It appears to be an Indian food, but this type of food is not available in any Indian restaurant. This is the purest form of food you can eat.

One disadvantage is that after eating Romancing the Stove foods you will find hard eating anywhere else, because you will not find the same joy.

This is the food of the sages, and they rapture in eating. You can eat as much as you want and never feel bloated. It is simple to cook and it is very wholesome.

Health is our Wealth. The worst kind of poverty is a bad health. What use is wealth to you if you are not well? What use is to you a beautiful bank account with unbeautiful body? If you have not examined Romancing the Stove by yourself, do not judge it.

Have you examined it? You owe it to yourself to examine it. You don't live on somebody else's set of believes. It is a time to have your own. This is not a dogma. This is an explanation of what eating is all about.

You started eating the moment you got out of your mother=s womb, and you will continue eating till your last breath. This is the biggest act of all acts you ever do. Have you taken the time to think about it? Have you really being honest with yourself?

Some people like to label themselves by saying that I am a vegan. I don't eat milk products, or I am a meat eater. I don't eat veggies.

Why don't you eat it? Why so many people are eating meat and feel very healthy? Why so many vegetarians are always up and bright, and have so much energy? And why some people are living on salads?

Vegetarianism is not eating salads! It is fallacy. This is because you did not know Romancing the Stove cooking.

Do you know what you put in your mouth?
Romancing the Stove book is based on a Vedic principle of
eating. It recommends for example turmeric, because turmeric is a natural antibacterial and antibiotic that adds to your food. No greens should be ever cooked without turmeric.

There are many things in this book for you. Get the book. Read the introduction and then make decision for yourself. If you love yourself, do it. If you don't take time to read it, you are telling your body that you don't have time to nourish it, and to take care of it.

Romancing the Stove is about a true romance. Life is a romance, and romance begins with you. If you don't have a healthy body you cannot even start to romance. And life without romance is a sterile, insipid, and unforgiving. Do not live such a live. Live an ecstatic, rapturous, and powerful life.

Romancing the Stove book along with a set of spices shall take you on a new journey. You don't even need to go and look for it. You can order it on line this very moment to expedite the way to a New You.

You will find the wealth of the information in this book and Jump Start Your Romance with Life Now.
